try cursing someone to fail their major exam.
after that, say this 'it's not cursing. it's called being mentally prepared!'
what freaking crap is this?

today being the supposedly last day of school, teachers performed.
teachers ranging from miss raju right down to miss karen kang were performing.
all kinds of performances really got the whole school high!
teachers sang and danced!
really an eye-opener and teachers are becoming more sporting.
maybe it's because of our principal with great sportsmanship.

miss lim gave us each a box of 'NERDS' sweets and a packet of coffee powder.
she said it was to encourage us to work harder.
she gave them to everyone but grouped us into several groups.
the late comers, people at the back during the assembly, and many other groups.
she then gave out cups and said it was for a toast.
but we couldnt be drinking air, so she bought 4 bottles of non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice.
she was good at opening the bottles! (maybe she drinks quite a bit? haha!)
we kept the empty bottles on the top of our classroom whiteboard.
she's actually very nice. but can be super strict and unreasonable once in a while.

it's really still very disheartening to see those people in si chuan,
suffering and grieving over their lost loved ones.

YAY.
Thanks to my dad, my drum sticks are finally done!
LOVE IT.

it's very saddening to hear about the si chuan earthquake and the cyclone in myanmar.
we will keep them in our prayers and hope that they will be able to overcome this.

we are super lucky that singapore is safe.

great movie!
for people who love action movies plus a whole lot of humour, it's great.
half the movie was humour.
it's got loads of family cooperation too!
i'd give it 4 out of 5 stars for the humour!
HAHA.

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MUMS OUT THERE!

Mothers and daughters ought to be friends,
But there is a lot that gets in the way.
The determined pursuit of opposite ends,
Ends up as harsh words we would rather not say.

Yet storms tend to pass, and passions abate,
And love to outlast the days of despair,
And comfort to come to those who would wait,
And friendships to flourish in those who forbear.

So we must be patient, and fight, if we must,
With the knowledge that love will endure what we do.
The anger is wind, and the angels are dust,
But love will be waiting whenever we're through.

exams are finally coming to an end.
amath paper one was hell but paper two is not that bad.
tomorrow is the final paper.
(at least for now. there's still prelims and o's.)

after today's paper, sher, cherie, lynette and i went to eastpoint.
we were supposed to 'study' for tomorrow's phy/bio.
we were consantly moving around.
[outside starbucks > long john silver's > outside starbucks >
inside starbucks > inside ep.]
i think we didnt even take a single book out to read.
not until we went to popular.
i found out that there are some interesting books about how to be a towkay.
cherie & i were reading and laughing.
hokkien phrases were not easy to read.
we had to get the right 'tone' and understand it.

then we moved on to read books on how to be good at everything and all.
there was one part which taught how to irritate people in the lift.
there were things like:
- saying 'ding' everytime the lift reached the floor.
- peering into your bag and saying ís there enough air in there?'
- constantly saying 'meow'
- (and my favourite) facing and standing at the back corner of the lift,
even though the door is open to get off.

it was like the exams were over and we were like totally out of exams mood.
we should do this more often. destressing.

a week of torture is over.
but it's no entirely over yet.
there still another week of hell.

after half of it over, i still see no use in MYEs for sec4s.
even mrs heng says so.
i mean this is really dumb.
going through the syllabus in suck a damn big rush and sit for an exam on it the next week.
what a GREAT logic and common sense they have.
i'd rather have the MYE atfer the june holidays when they have finished the entire syllabus.

seriously cant wait for all this stupid MYE torture to go past quickly.
especially chem and amath paper!

thanks loads, dumb o's.
